Lǐ n, dressed in luxurious clothing and wearing sunglasses, walked down from the helicopter into a no-man's land near the Southeast Asian border. Not far from here was his family’s massive castle-style entertainment complex, along with one belonging to the Sang Kun family.

Since there were no sudden raids or troublesome inspections here, it became a favorite spot for wealthy politicians and businessmen who wanted to play without revealing their identities.

In the summer of the southern country, subtropical trees grew lush and strong. Even in the evening, the air was still filled with oppressive heat.

Standing on this unfamiliar yet familiar land, Lǐ n took deep breaths of the humid air, feeling a sense of pride from his father’s generation. The thought that he would soon fight on this land just like his father made him feel exhilarated, as if he had taken some kind of stimulant.

He was accompanied by over ten bodyguards and walked along a small path towards the family's entertainment complex. Hidden in the jungle behind them were countless armed soldiers with guns ready.

As they walked down the small road leading to the entertainment complex, several birds flew away from the sky. The two bodyguards beside Lǐ n swiftly moved to shield him; in an instant, a group of around thirty or forty people appeared on the path, all large and muscular, each with the latest firearms strapped to their waists.

A person who seemed to be the leader put on a professional robber's act, loudly demanding that Lǐ n’s group hand over their money and brandished his gun as proof of his threat.

The people under Li An feigned fear, dropping the suitcases and bags they were carrying onto the ground. Just as the other side thought they had successfully lured them in and began to smirk triumphantly, Li An waved his hand, and a dense barrage of bullets swept out from the jungle. The burly men who had been standing there showing off just moments ago suddenly fell to the ground, their bodies riddled with blood.

Looking at the thirty or so people lying in pools of blood before him, Li An did not feel the slightest bit afraid; rather, he felt incredibly excited.

Although born into a prominent family and constantly getting into trouble from childhood to adulthood, Li An could fight and brawl but had never killed anyone.

Generally speaking, a mentally healthy person would be stimulated in some way when involved in or witnessing a killing—some might feel panic, others avoidance, still others nausea...

Li An was the opposite; he felt inexplicably excited. Perhaps it was due to his bloodline, which carried his father Li Haonan's bloodlust. Looking at those dead bodies on the ground made him feel like he had rediscovered the fun of life, and he happily licked his upper lip with his tongue, narrowing his eyes as he thought about who he would kill next!

The armed soldiers hiding in the jungle emerged now, all looking at Li An to see what his next move would be. These seasoned killers were taken aback when they saw that strange smile on Li An's face and inwardly wondered: this young man truly is Li Haonan's son; even though he looks so handsome and refined, there's an eerie viciousness about him that sends shivers down one’s spine.

After his first easy victory, Li An became addicted to killing Sang Kun's men. He led a group of armed soldiers and had people take turns posing as tourists to lure Sang Kun's people into attacking them before wiping out their entire group at once.

In just a few days, he caused quite a stir in the Golden Triangle region. Naturally, someone reported this to Li Yi, who was away from home. Upon hearing that his younger brother had gone on a killing spree in the Golden Triangle, Li Yi was both worried and afraid; while rushing back from abroad, he also called Li An.

Lǐ Yì's phone call came when Lǐ n was sitting under a large tree, twirling a key to start a fire. His sword-like eyebrows were slanted and sharp, his eyes deep and slightly charming, attracting the guards around him to look at him involuntarily.

"Lǐ n, where are you now I order you to return immediately!" Lǐ Yì was extremely anxious, his tone carrying a thunderous force.

Lǐ n, like a young bull, didn't fear danger. He wasn't aware of the peril in the Golden Triangle area; it's not somewhere one shows off their courage as an ordinary man. Children there know how to kill, and Lǐ n, with no jungle warfare experience, would only profit from surprise initially but would surely suffer later on.

"Brother, don't worry so much, it's too late today. I'll stay here for the night and go back tomorrow." Lǐ n looked up at the sky, smiling calmly.

Lǐ Yì slightly relaxed but then felt something was off; Lǐ n never submitted easily due to his rebellious nature. His eyebrows twitched sharply, an ominous feeling rising in him, "Lǐ n, tell me honestly, where are you now"

"In the Golden Triangle, big brother. Don't worry, I'll be back after tonight." Lǐ n smiled faintly; he omitted a few words from his statement: 'If I make it through tonight, I will definitely return.'

He glanced at his watch and hung up without allowing his brother to say anything further. He powered off the phone and stood up, making a series of gestures for those armed soldiers hidden in the shadows and the bodyguards he brought along to take their positions.

In the early days when Lǐ n arrived, these armed forces and bodyguards treated him with respect as the son of the Lǐ family. However, after accompanying Lǐ n through battles for several days, they discovered that this young man was shrewd, accurate in judgment, cold-hearted yet ruthless, almost never failing in combat against enemies. Truly, he lived up to the saying 'a tiger father doesn't have a dog son'; he was indeed worthy of being Lǐ Hào Nán's offspring.

In recent years, due to the Li family's tightened control over their forces, these armed troops hadn't had such a free and unrestrained battle for quite some time. Especially in the last few years, Sang Kun's rampant behavior had caused them much humiliation. Now that the ruthless Lian An has arrived, he finally leads them in avenging their grievances.

These fearless killers couldn't help but admire Lian An from the bottom of their hearts. At this moment, they barely listened to Hua Qiang and Dafeng's commands; as long as Lian An gave an order, there was no resistance.

This evening, Lian An plans a major strike. He intends not to dodge but face Sang Kun head-on when the latter sends assassins after him everywhere, aiming to kill Sang Kun in return.

He wants everyone across Southeast Asia to know that although Li Haonan has retired from his operations, anyone who dares to bully them will pay with their life.

Sang Kun is now the leader of the Golden Triangle. Lian An can easily take out Sang Kun's subordinates, but assassinating the cunning and ruthless Sang Kun himself would be a risky endeavor.

Lian An looked up at the sky; tonight's moonlight was truly beautiful, illuminating half the mountain range with silver light, casting dancing shadows from the trees while distant night birds called out occasionally.

Yan Luoxi, where are you now Are you lying on a rocking chair with Shao Junhe watching the moon or dreaming together of your glorious future

Yan Luoxi, do you know I'm thinking about you If I were to die, would you occasionally think of meuilding in Lishui Garden where he lived. To avoid making Yan Luoxi feel uncomfortable, he didn't go upstairs with her but left immediately after seeing her off at the entrance. This was a high-end resi...
